Cancellation
Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit any deposit.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule any appointment up to 12 hours before the start time at no charge.
Mobile Travel
Mobile visits include travel within Goodyear, Avondale, Litchfield Park, Buckeye, and Surprise. Visits beyond this radius may include a small travel fee, quoted in advance.
Payment
We accept Zelle, debit, and credit cards. A deposit may be required for mobile and senior in-home visits to secure the time slot.
Senior Care
For senior visits, please share any mobility considerations, building access, and a caregiver contact ahead of time so the visit goes smoothly.
Satisfaction
If you're not happy with your cut, let us know within 48 hours. We'll make it right.
